We offer exchanges within 30 days of the original order date if the product is the incorrect size or damaged. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and name of the product + size you require. Alternatively, you can contact us through our contact page by clicking here. Returns will be issued once we have received the item(s) in it's original packaging and condition (more on this can be found on our contact page).

Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. Unfortunately, sales items can not be returned. If the item is attempted to return, we have every right to re-ship the item to you.
If the received item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault (with a picture if possible). We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return item(s) to us, unless the item(s) is faulty or damaged, in which case we will cover the shipping fees (assuming a full receipt is sent to us). Vypex Apparel is not liable for any items lost in the post, therefore we recommend to use a Signed For/Fully Tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. To return your product(s) outright, please send the product, with it's original packaging, condition and tags along with your PayPal address (if applicable) to:
For normal returns and refunds, the shipping price is excluded from the refund provided the correct size and product was issued to you initially.
If you have received an incorrect item(s), please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Quote your name, address and order number together with details of the item received and the item required. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or refund. We will advise on how to return the goods.
We CANNOT accept returns on products that have been washed or with the hangtag removed.

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, a customs charge may be incurred by UK customs - we are not liable for this charge; if we receive a customs notice, we will notify you and ask for payment. If payment is not made, the package will be returned to you or held indefinitely if no return address has been provided by yourself.
